A neoprene sock is the cheapest comfort upgrade in diving. Worn inside a boot, it adds a layer of warmth where you lose heat fastest, and, when worn inside a full-foot fin, it prevents the strap and heel pocket from rubbing during a long swim. Our 3mm socks are cut to sit snugly without bunching, with a flat seam that will not dig in, and they run from small through to extra-extra-large so you can size up over a drysuit sock if you need to.
